The Challenges

Expanding Al-Waseet from a delivery brand into a national logistics partner

ITL Iraq 2025 brought together government institutions, transport authorities, ports, aviation organisations, logistics companies, investors, and decision-makers to discuss the future of transportation and infrastructure in Iraq. Within this high-level environment, Al-Waseet needed to be presented as more than a consumer delivery company. The brand had to demonstrate its wider logistics capabilities, operational scale, business solutions, fleet strength, and ability to contribute to the development of Iraq’s transport and supply-chain ecosystem. The challenge was to create one consistent presence that could speak to government officials, local and international companies, business owners, exhibition visitors, and millions of people following the event online.

our approach

One connected activation across space, fleet, talent and content

Our team planned and managed every Al-Waseet touchpoint throughout ITL Iraq 2025. Inside the exhibition, Al-Waseet operated the largest booth by area, creating a central space for brand communication, meetings, visitor engagement, government visits, content production, and creator appearances. Outside the exhibition, we organised a complete fleet showcase that presented the scale of Al-Waseet’s operations. The lineup progressed from motorcycles and smaller delivery vehicles to larger transport vehicles and heavy trucks, visually communicating the company’s ability to serve different levels of transportation and logistics needs. The digital campaign was led by Taiba Khalil alongside 11 prominent Iraqi social media creators. Each creator received a structured brief that preserved their natural content style while maintaining one unified campaign message. Creators were divided across the three days of the exhibition. Filming, editing, review, approval, and publishing were completed within the same day to maintain continuous online momentum throughout the event.

the result

A national activation that generated 3.4 million views

The activation transformed Al-Waseet’s strategic partnership at ITL Iraq 2025 into one of the exhibition’s most visible physical and digital brand presences. The campaign delivered 14 social videos and generated a combined 3.4 million views across platforms. The content featured Taiba Khalil alongside 11 Iraqi social media creators and was produced and published through a coordinated three-day live campaign operation. Al-Waseet’s presence extended beyond social media. The company operated the largest booth footprint inside the exhibition, while the exterior fleet showcase communicated the scale and diversity of its logistics operations before visitors entered the venue. The Minister of Transport, Razzaq Muhaibis Al-Saadawi, visited the exhibition and the Al-Waseet activation during his official tour, while the conference programme brought together senior leaders from Iraq’s ports, aviation, air-navigation, transport, and government-communication sectors. The project positioned Al-Waseet not only as a delivery company, but as an integrated Iraqi logistics organisation capable of supporting individuals, businesses, commerce, transportation networks, and the wider development of Iraq’s logistics infrastructure.
