Dozan is a business activity operated by Al-Waraq Al-Asmar Company for Trade and Digital Marketing.

The exact scope, timeline, deliverables, fees, and responsibilities for each project will be defined in a separate proposal, quotation, agreement, invoice, or statement of work.

3. Proposals and Project Agreements

A project begins only after the relevant proposal, quotation, agreement, or scope of work has been approved by both parties.

When a separate written agreement exists, that agreement will take priority over these Terms in relation to the specific project.

Any requested changes to an approved project scope may require:

  • Additional fees

  • Revised delivery dates

  • Additional resources

  • Written approval from both parties

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, materials, access credentials, approvals, feedback, and other resources required to complete the agreed Services.

Delays caused by missing information, late approvals, unavailable access, or changes requested by the client may affect the project timeline and cost.

Clients must ensure that any materials they provide, including logos, trademarks, photographs, videos, text, customer data, music, and other content, do not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

Dozan is not responsible for claims resulting from materials supplied or approved by the client.

5. Fees and Payments

Project fees, payment schedules, taxes, expenses, and refund terms will be stated in the relevant proposal, quotation, invoice, or agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule

  • Work may be paused when payments are overdue

  • Deposits may be non-refundable

  • Payments for completed work are non-refundable

  • Work outside the approved scope may be charged separately

  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may require additional fees

Dozan may withhold final deliverables, source files, account access, or usage rights until all outstanding payments have been received.

6. Intellectual Property

All content available on our website, including the Dozan name, logo, branding, text, graphics, layouts, designs, code, photographs, videos, and other materials, is owned by Dozan, its operating company, or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, or commercially use our website content without prior written permission.

Ownership and usage rights for client project deliverables will be determined by the relevant project agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Clients receive usage rights to approved final deliverables after full payment

  • Drafts, rejected concepts, internal methods, templates, tools, strategies, and working files remain the property of Dozan

  • Third-party assets remain subject to their original license terms

  • Fonts, stock images, music, software, plugins, and other licensed materials may have separate usage restrictions

  • Dozan may display publicly released work in its portfolio, website, presentations, social media, and promotional materials

7. Third-Party Services

Our Services may involve third-party platforms, software, advertising networks, hosting providers, analytics tools, social media platforms, payment providers, production suppliers, or other external services.

Dozan is not responsible for:

  • Changes made by third-party platforms

  • Account suspensions, restrictions, or bans

  • Platform outages or technical failures

  • Changes to algorithms, policies, advertising rules, or pricing

  • Rejected advertisements or content

  • Losses caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control

Clients are responsible for complying with the terms, policies, and requirements of any third-party platforms they use.

8. Marketing and Performance Results

Marketing, advertising, branding, content, and business performance depend on many factors outside the control of Dozan.

Unless expressly guaranteed in a written agreement, Dozan does not guarantee:

  • A specific number of sales, leads, views, followers, or customers

  • A particular return on advertising spend

  • Search engine rankings

  • Viral content performance

  • Revenue or profit growth

  • Approval by advertising or social media platforms

  • A specific business or campaign outcome

Any forecasts, targets, projections, or estimates are provided for planning purposes only and do not represent guaranteed results.

9. Approvals and Final Deliverables

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving content, designs, advertisements, scripts, production materials, and other deliverables before publication or release.

Once the client approves a deliverable, the client accepts responsibility for:

  • The accuracy of names, prices, dates, claims, and contact information

  • Legal and regulatory compliance related to the client’s business

  • Product claims and service descriptions

  • Copyright, trademark, and usage permissions

  • Any changes requested after final approval

Dozan is not responsible for errors that were approved by the client before publication.

10. Revisions and Change Requests

The number and type of revisions included in a project will be stated in the relevant proposal or agreement.

Revisions do not include:

  • A complete change in project direction

  • A new concept after approval

  • Changes caused by inaccurate information supplied by the client

  • Additional deliverables outside the approved scope

  • Revisions requested after final approval

Such requests may be treated as additional work and charged separately.

11. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to take reasonable measures to protect confidential business, financial, strategic, technical, and customer information received during a project.

Confidential information may only be used for the purpose of providing or receiving the agreed Services, unless:

  • Disclosure is required by law

  • The information is already publicly available

  • The information was independently obtained

  • Disclosure is authorized in writing

12. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website accurate, secure, and available. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from technical issues.

We may update, suspend, restrict, modify, or remove parts of the website at any time without prior notice.

13. Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dozan, its operating company, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Materials or information you provide

  • Your violation of third-party rights

  • Your unlawful or unauthorized use of our Services

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our website or Services when:

  • These Terms are violated

  • Payments remain overdue

  • Unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity occurs

  • The client fails to provide required information or approvals

  • Continued work becomes legally, technically, or professionally impractical

Project termination, outstanding payments, unfinished work, refunds, and the use of completed deliverables will be handled according to the relevant project agreement.

16. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

By submitting information through our website, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our website, Services, business practices, or legal obligations change.
